Cannot edit or delete marker types in Graphic Positioning question

Hi,
I accidentally created 3 marker types in a Graphic Positioning / Visual Placement question, but I only need 1.

Now I cannot find any way to edit or delete the extra marker buttons.
I do not mean placed markers on the image — I mean the marker types/symbol buttons themselves.

Is there any way to remove them, or do I need to recreate the whole question?

You should find the markers in the navigation on the left.

Click them there to edit the detail settings and use the trash bin button on the top to delete those you do not need.

The problem that they are not clickable and there is no detail setting.
