Access SoSciSurvey account after associated email account no longer exists

Question

I am trying to access a SoSciSurvey project on an account that cannot be accessed because the associated email no longer exists (a university student email account of a student who graduated, however the research project is ongoing). Can you help, please?

We'll have to check your identity in order to set a new email address for the account. Please upload a copy of your ID card on https://s2survey.net/transfer/ and not the old and new email address in the form.

Yes, we have updates the email adress and sent you an email to reset the password. However, please note, that the project contained in the account had already been archived in January.
