When I'm trying to select a "primärer Ansprechpartner" there are no available options although there are multiple users involved in the project. We have bought a commercial license but I get notifications that there is no licence.

The option "primärer Ansprechpartner" is relevant if multiple people (=user accounts) work on the same project, see Shared Access to Projects.

We have bought a commercial license but I get notifications that there is no licence.

There are two licences in your customer account. And I see three projects in your user account. Which one does complain about a missing licence, and what is the exact working of the error message, please?

I have now asked to bind the licenses project specific. The main problem is that I still cannot select a "primärer Ansprechpartner" (not a license problem, I think). The field remains empty although I have 3 potential users to choose from.

Please go into the project settings to the tab where you can grant users access to the project. (1) Do all users have the checkmark for sending mailings? (2) Do the accounts themselves have the auth to send mailings? If not, then the text next to the checkmark is gray, and they simply need to request the mailing auth for the accounts.

All users have the checkmark for sending emails and seem to be authorised tp send mailings (no checkmark is gray).

Seems like one of the accounts did not log in to the project for a while.

Any change in the result by now?

Yes, perfect. Works now. Thank you.
