how can I retrieve data from an archived project?

I concluded data collection on a project about one year ago. Unfortunately, I realized that not all the data were downloaded. When I logged in today, I saw that the project was archived. I tried dowloading the archived data to reopen them, but then the website did not allow me to log in anymore (the webpage asked for a USB key). Is there a way for me to recover the data?

Long answer: Archiving means that the questionnaire (questions, text, etc.) are stored to an archive file, and the answers along with anything else is deleted from the database.

It should only ask for a key, if you have configured the two-factor-authentification in your account. The login shall ot be related to downloading the data (except, you need to log in to downlaod them). But if the project was archived, then the collected data is deleted.
