Permission to Upload Media Files / Upload Media Files Features

Hi all,
We are struggling without the permission to upload media files (audio, video) on SoSci.
We changed email and sent a request to server administrator but we still cannot use this feature.
is Anyone else having the same issue or some suggestions ?

We changed email and sent a request to server administrator but we still cannot use this feature.

It takes between 1 and 48 hours before we can check all requests and enable the feature. I will take a look into your account within the next minutes.
