If a wrong password is entered in a password-, mailing- or serial- protected questionnaire, the IP address of the respondent will be locked for 15 minutes.
If the respondents use the same IP like you (e.g., because you use the same company or university network), this will also lock you out for 15 minutes.
Should can change the threshold or disable this feature in the project settings.
