Combine Single choice and multiple choice in one question.

Is it possible to combine multiple choice items with one single choice item in one question?

For example:

Which pets do you have at home?
1. cat [multiple choice]
2. dog [multiple choice]
3. bird [multiple choice]
4. no pet [single choice]

Yes,in this case I'd choose a multiplce choice question and use cat, dog and bird as Items 1-3. The category "no pet" has to be used as "Ausweichoption" which can be found below the item selection.
