Displaying codes from random generator

Question

In our questionnaire we are trying to display a voucher code at the end, to reward participants for completion. This code is unique for each participant (only drawn once). There are 200 independent codes and these have been inputted into a "Random Generator" style question. This does seem to successfully randomly allocate a code to each participant (shown in the "Drawn yet" section), however they are not displayed in the questionnaire to the participant.
How do we get our randomly generated codes to be displayed to the participant, so they can make a note of their unique voucher code?

Some sample code would be nice, otherwise it is just possible to guess what went wrong. Anyhow, here are some ways to display the "Random Generator" in the Survey:

they are not displayed in the questionnaire to the participant.

Simply put them into a placeholder and/or display them via html().
